SANDBAGGING IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.  So please keep in mind that you may PLAY UP if you like.  e.g. a 3.0 player can play with a partner that is a 3.5 in the 3.5 division... but the 3.5 can not PLAY DOWN in the 3.0 division.
